Service Status

Open Service Status in MesoSim to review data coverage, known issues, and software updates. You can also find it under Site → Service status in the Portal.

What you'll find​

  • Data coverage: Active symbols, reported date ranges, and data resolution. For an overview of available instruments, see Features.
  • Known issues: Documented limitations and any workarounds that may affect your instrument or backtest period.
  • MesoSim version: The software version running in the Portal.
  • Release Notes: A version-by-version history of improvements and fixes. Expand this section to review individual changes.

Investigating unexpected results​

Check Known issues for an entry relevant to your instrument and date range. Use the Events Viewer to inspect the affected trades and conditions.

If you need help, contact Deltaray support with the backtest ID, instrument, date range, and a short description of the expected and observed behavior.
